수질 측정에 유용

트루컬러는 물속에 있는 화합물에 의해 발생됩니다. 이는 자연스러운 것일 수도, 인위적인 것일 수도 있습니다. 용해되고 정지된 고체가 (함께) 분명한 색을 유발합니다. 색은 Platinum-Cobalt 단위로 측정됩니다.

AWWA는 15PCU 이하로 권장합니다.

HI 727 Checker®HC는 사용법이 간단합니다. 첫째로, 탈이온수로 기기를 제로화합니다. 다음에 분명한/트루 컬러 측정에 따라 샘플을 준비합니다. 준비된 샘플이 담긴 두번째 시약병을 Checker®HC에 넣고 버튼을 누르면 HI 727 Checker®HC 화면에 물의 색이 PCU로 나타납니다.
